Service is friendly. Location is great. Had a nice view from our room. Rooms were clean. Though there was an odd smell (like cigs) coming from the hallway and elevators. Perhaps bc the building is old?
Check in was fast and gentleman behind the desk was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was in a quiet location. The weekend we stayed there was an unruly group (thumping music at 7:30 am and screaming down the hall). The hotel dealt with them in a calm, direct manner and asked them to leave (which the group did). Thankfully the next morning was MUCH quieter. Did not have breakfast at the hotel but there seemed to be a good selection of food. Coffee appeared to be a local coffee company and it was good.
Had a lovely experience at this hotel. The Staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Their hot tub is a great addition to the facility and was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was great as well. Perfect selection of everything you would get at a continental breakfast. Our room was very clean top to bottom and I honestly have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone on a budget. Only things that I did not like about this accommodation was that it's not within a quick walking distance to downtown but otherwise it's a great place for accomodation.
Wonderful continental breakfast. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Great night sleep. Would recommend.
We stayed there for a day although we had a plan for staying 3 days. The beds were terrible and not even properly made , I even doubt that they have changed the beddings. Our washroom door was not even getting locked from inside. 2 towels had some brown stain on them and we were suppose to clean face with that? I doubt they properly clean towels. We were going out for dinner we tried to use the lift and it got stuck in the middle, we had to push the alarm button. We had small kids with us and my daughters got scared and started crying. I think They are not even trying to make things better. The outside looks beautiful but once you get inside its really disappointing. Wont come again. I dont even wanna give one star but no option for zero so had to give something.
