Stay away!!!Booked our room, wasnt even attached to main building it was outback in a shady alley. Upon entering the room there was a dirty towel behind the door and the room was very musky. The room felt like it had not been renovated since the 80s and upon pulling back the blankets there was two large grease stains on the sheets where my head would lay. Horrified I pulled back the sheets and the mattress was stained beyond belief with blood and piss looking stains. Reported to the office and they told us there were no refunds and just gave us a different room which was alright other than that the a/c didn't work and the mattress felt like I was sleeping on bricks.
Booked a room on Expedia while driving down to Montana and needed somewhere to stay for the night and sleep.Office was closed and was not able to get my room. In morning they would not refund or credit me.No email or information was given out on my room. Read the fine print, even if you are kn the go and busy. Places like this would rather scam you then reach out to you and make sure you get the room you paid for.
Stopped in and met these awesome girls one morning and they were so friendly and helpful! The place looked very clean, and after looking at there rates they are mega affordable, great location, I mean it's worth checking out!Next time I need a place to stay in Fernie, I am definitely staying here... you should too !
Very nice rooms and staff. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. Overall a great stay!
A solid place. Nothing special, but all that is needed for a good night of sleep. Comfy bed, soft sheets, and decent water pressure in the shower. If youre passing through, I would definitely recommend this place.
