The beef was delicious. The Phoritto didn't have any veggies, just beef and vermicelli. All meals were without cilantro. I was told it was too hot to cook the pho bo! It's really hot in Vietnam, all the time. A little disappointing.

I got 1 bun bowl, order of spring rolls(2), and a kombucha for 30$ including tip... food was decent and fresh, but for a place where you cant pee or wash your hands(food truck)... 30$ seems a little out of wack...Food was a 4Price -1

I hate to write a negative review but this isn't authentic Vietnamese. I ordered the Ph and was very disappointed. The broth was plain and had no flavor. The noodles were not rice noodles typically used in Ph. If you are craving real Viet soup, then look elsewhere.
