Terrible, buyer beware. They don't do warranty calls without a cc. They used a pipe wrench to install a plastic exhaust fitting on brand new install. Then refused to order a new piece to replace the cracked pipe while my basement flooded. BRAND NEW INSTALL. Refused to come repair brand new furnace they installed when it wasn't working in the winter. Had to call another company. Still on warranty!!! ONLY TROLL AROUND HERE IS HELICOOL. IT DID HAPPEN AND WILL CONTINUE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES HELICOOL HAVE A CUSTOMER IN RECORDS NAMED MISSY P? On another note the brand new hot water tank, still on warranty had a sensor go bad and the new furnace they installed has had numerous error codes resulting in a cold house in middle of winter. Poor installation practices says the experienced company that fixed it. They came out without a cc! So an advanced cc tells you they do poor work and don't get paid when asked to fix it. Why would I call you and waste my time listening to a lady argue to me that" no one is coming to fix our screw up until we've got a credit card" give your head a shake helicool. Good use of the word troll, shows their exact mentality. Call customers names when they do a bad job and get called out on it, bunch of clowns.Funny how a day after my review two 5 stars show up. Nice try helicool.
Furnace was working sometimes; so not an emergency. They wanted a credit card and repairman was out the next morning and had the furnace fixed in half an hour. Knowledgeable guy and fair price.

Heli cool is the cream of the crop. We loved all the work they have done at our house. Prices are the best.
Charged me $962 to repair a $450 hot water tank. I understand the costs for their labour charges what I did not see coming was paying $434 for a gas valve that I can buy for $120. I would never use these people again unless I had no other choice. It would have been cheaper for me to just install a whole new hot water tank myself. Only reason they were called was because I do not live here anymore and am renting out my house until it sells. I guess you my as well take advantage of someone when they aren't there to do anything about it.
