I have been going to Sparrow for the last year. Noel has gone out his way to accommodate my schedule and make me feel welcome. The service is far beyond anywhere I have been before. The hair cuts are extremely consistent and the quality of work is amazing. I would highly recomend to anyone looking for a place to get a hair cut.
Fantastic Salon in Fernie.. all the staff are great and very welcoming. Chilled atmosphere and professional feel. Noel has been cutting my hair for the last year and always does an amazing job! Would reccomend to everybody!

Horrible customer service, horrible attitude towards people. Called ahead for a haircut, made a reservation they gave 10 mins. On arrival no one is in the salon, upon attending was told to wait. 40 Minutes of wait and even then no decency of letting us know that we are running behind. 40 mins and they still had no seats available. Just ridiculous, how they dont honour your reservations and dont value your time at all. Would not recommend!!
